Aquamarine Dreams

Ingenuity Of A Miner

I’ve been working in the nearby mine every day, but lately, I haven't been able to stop thinking that there might be more to be made from those aquamarine crystals than just hauling them out of the rock. I ground some down with a small grinder and ended up with the finest, most brilliant powder I’ve ever seen. After mixing it with a few ingredients I had at home, I think I’ve created the perfect pigment. Tomorrow, I’ll prepare a small batch and show it to Casper. Maybe this is my chance to leave the mine for good. This could be the start of something much bigger.
