Electric Initialiser

An electrifying wand that was previously used to start engines and machinery in an instant. The air crackles around it, and it has an odd shape. Overcharge: This wand holds a chance to amplify its damage output. Attacks deal bonus damage up to the overcharge percentage. Multishot: Fires multiple projectiles but at reduced damage.
